Your account and team’s privacy
This notice explains how data is processed in the Praxis Custom Wear order portal and optional assistant. This is the English translation of the same privacy notice available in Spanish.
Data controller and address
Jaime Contreras (Praxis Studio), responsible for Praxis Custom Wear, at Av. Mirador 7308, Campestre Washington, Campestre-Lomas, C. P. 31210, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, México, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Praxis Studio is the trade name; the responsible individual is Jaime Contreras.
For privacy matters, email praxiscustomwear@gmail.com with the subject “Praxis Privacy.” The data controller will handle these requests.
Accounts and order tracking
We use your email address, name, and team to identify your account, assign orders to you, and show their progress. Orders include dates, products, notes and, where applicable, names to print, numbers, and players’ sizes. The assigned customer and Praxis administration can view this information.
The necessary purposes are managing access, verifying the account, recovering access, customizing and manufacturing garments, coordinating delivery, responding to inquiries, and maintaining the order history. Technical connection data, such as IP addresses and security logs, is used to protect the service and limit abuse.
This portal does not request sensitive data, government-issued identification, or banking details to register orders. Do not include medical information or other sensitive data in order notes. Portal data is not used for advertising campaigns or sold. Any additional purpose will be disclosed and, where required, will require your consent.
Firebase Authentication processes your email address and password to register your account, verify your email, and recover access. Praxis does not store your password in its order database. Cloudflare stores the account, order, and session data needed to provide the service.
Sessions and notifications
The portal uses a necessary cookie, pcw_portal_session, to maintain your session for up to seven days. Signing out revokes that access. During registration, your name and team may be temporarily saved in the browser session to complete your profile after email verification.
Automatic order notification emails are currently disabled; you can check progress in your account. Firebase handles verification and password recovery emails. If order notifications are enabled, they will communicate order registration, stages, and date changes without including player lists or order notes.
Player information
Share only the information needed to customize the garments. The person responsible for the team must share this notice with the players and be authorized to provide their data. For minors, authorization from a parent or legal guardian is required. Portal accounts must be managed by a responsible adult.
Service providers and data sharing
Google/Firebase and Cloudflare provide authentication, hosting, security, and storage services. They may process information on infrastructure outside Mexico. The optional assistant uses OpenAI within the scope described below. Order data is not sent to the assistant. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, that service processes the information you share under its own terms.
Transfers for commercial purposes unrelated to your order are not planned. Requests for information from a competent authority will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Any additional transfer requiring consent will be disclosed before it takes place.
Your rights and requests
You may request access to your data, its correction or cancellation, or object to its processing (ARCO rights under Mexican law), withdraw consent, or limit its use or disclosure. Send your request to praxiscustomwear@gmail.com or submit it at the address above.
Include your name, a way to contact you, the right you wish to exercise, and a description of the relevant data or order. For corrections, specify the requested change. We will explain how to verify your identity and, if you act for someone else, your authority to represent them. Share only the necessary documentation through the agreed channel.
A response to an ARCO request will be provided within a maximum of 20 business days of receipt. If approved, the request will be fulfilled within the following 15 business days. Any extensions permitted by law will be communicated with their justification. Withdrawal of consent is not retroactive and may prevent us from continuing the service when the data is essential to provide it.
Account and order retention
Data is retained to service the account, manufacture and deliver orders, and resolve inquiries. When it is no longer needed, it is to be deleted or, if legal obligations or outstanding liabilities exist, blocked and retained for the applicable period. You may request a review or cancellation of retained data through the channels above.
The portal does not automatically delete an order when it is marked as delivered. Cancellation requests and retention reviews are handled by the data controller. Access sessions expire after seven days, although order history may be retained for the purposes described.
What the assistant processes
OpenAI processes the most recent message to identify order categories: sport, garments, approximate quantity, sizes, customization, target date, and design status. The full conversation transcript is not sent to the provider.
Entering text is optional. Do not enter names, phone numbers, email addresses, player lists or personal details, information about minors, or file contents. Do not attach files.
Assistant retention and provider
Praxis Custom Wear does not save assistant chats in D1 or R2 and does not record prompts or responses in its logs.
The provider request uses store: false. This alone does not mean Zero Data Retention: OpenAI may retain data for abuse monitoring in accordance with the account’s applicable settings.
Optional use and responsible adults
Using the AI assistant is optional. A responsible adult must provide only general order information. You can always continue directly through WhatsApp without using AI.
Version and contact
Portal notice version: pcw-privacy-v1. Effective September 5, 2026. Updates will be published on this page with their revision date. If a new purpose requires consent, we will request it before applying that purpose.
